Using the site

By using GlowDuty you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Euro and include applicable VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a listing contained an obvious error. Shipping is flat €10 across the EU and free on orders over €100.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. Cosmetic products that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons may be excluded per Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order.
